Before returning any product, please visit equipment.skuvault.com to see a complete manual for the item. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one that meets your needs within 30 days. The package must be postmarked by the 30th day. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Any item returned must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all included pieces. For those customers who are also SkuVault clients, if you are within the launch period, an extended 30 days (60 days from equipment purchase date) will be granted for returns and exchanges.
